How it works.
Four easy steps
The First Bit
It all starts with a showroom visit or virtual consultation. We highly recommend popping into our Bristol showroom, as there is no substitute for getting to see and feel our rooms in real life.
At the showroom, you will have the chance to see all our finishes, options and extras. However, we like to leave the final selections and specifications of your unique project until we visit you at your home.
Once the showroom visit has been carried out we will follow up with an email or a phone call to get some feedback. If you would like to move forward with the project and secure your installation slot, we will request a small (fully refundable) holding deposit. As we are a small company and we work over a large area, this is just to minimize the amount of driving we have to do, and therefore the amount of carbon we have to offset.

deposit document there will be a comprehensive price list. All of our pricing is transparent and will not change from this stage until an itemised quote is issued.
The Fun Bit
As soon as the refundable holding deposit has been paid, and your installation slot has been secured, we will schedule a home consultation. We aim to see our local clients within one week but please allow up to four weeks if you are located further from our showroom.
This is the point at which we will discuss all the specifications, options, and extras for your Little Green Room. You will be able to make an informed decision on the following:
-Proposed location of your building
Once this has been completed, we will send you an itemised quote with your specifications for your approval. Once approved there will be a 20% deposit payment requested to secure your project.
If at this stage you decide not to proceed, we will refund your holding deposit in full
The Exciting Bit
4 weeks prior to installation, we will be in touch to request a progress payment and also lock in your exact installation date.
Your installation will generally take between 2 and 4 days. Our professional and friendly installation team will arrive with either 2 or 3 vans on the first morning of your installation, so we will need you to make sure there is
adequate parking for us.
Our installations are for the most part self-contained, however, we will need access to power and running water.
Once we have completed your installation, we will show you around your new space, and complete a basic handover with you.
The beauty of our ‘turnkey’ product is that once our installation is finished, your new space is 100% ready to go.
Once your installation is complete the £5k balance payment will be requested.
We build all garden rooms in advance and aim to have all garden rooms completed up to 7 days before your scheduled installation date.
This enables us to be flexible with your installation date in case of bad weather or unforeseen delays. We aim to have all of our installation completed in 2 or 3 days, to minimise disruption for our clients.
We try to be flexible and fair.

Every room we make comes with the things you would expect in your home as standard. We don’t see these as luxuries, which is why we don’t charge extra for them. We have hand selected a range of stunning finishes which will make your workroom a calm, inviting and warm place to be, in all seasons.
