If you’d like, we can also discuss pricing, lead times and next steps. There’s no pressure and no obligation to move forward.

Absolutely. We encourage it. Choosing a garden room is rarely a solo decision, so partners, family members and well-behaved dogs are all welcome. We also have a dedicated children’s play cupboard to keep younger visitors occupied while you take a look around and chat with the team.

Yes. Many of our customers complete the entire process remotely through video calls, email and phone. That said, if you’re able to visit, we’d always recommend experiencing the buildings, materials and finishes in person before making a decision.

Most visits take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on whether you’d like a quick look around or a more detailed discussion about your project.

Yes. We have customer parking available at the rear of our showroom, accessed via Elton Lane. There is also free on-street parking nearby.

No. You’re welcome to drop into our Bristol showroom at any time during opening hours. If you’d like dedicated time with one of our team, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
