Yes. Every Little Green Room is built from the same carefully considered design, available in 16 sizes. From there, you can personalise your room with different colours, window configurations, doors, storage options, decking and a range of practical upgrades. It gives you the freedom to create a space that feels like yours, without the complexity, cost and delays that often come with a fully bespoke build.

Electrical connection is charged at £950 for standard installations where the garden room is within 40 metres of the power source. If additional work is required, we’ll discuss this during your survey and provide a clear quotation before installation begins. Prefer to use your own electrician? We’re happy to provide the required electrical specification

Absolutely. We encourage it. Choosing a garden room is rarely a solo decision, so partners, family members and well-behaved dogs are all welcome. We also have a dedicated children’s play cupboard to keep younger visitors occupied while you take a look around and chat with the team.

Yes. Many of our customers complete the entire process remotely through video calls, email and phone. That said, if you’re able to visit, we’d always recommend experiencing the buildings, materials and finishes in person before making a decision.

Little Green Rooms does not install plumbing, toilets, sinks or showers in our garden rooms.

Yes. Your £1,000 holding deposit is fully refundable until contracts have been signed and the project moves into production.

If planning permission is required and subsequently refused, your holding deposit will also be refunded in full.

We ask for a fully refundable £1,000 holding deposit to reserve your installation slot. Once your design has been finalised and contracts have been signed, we’ll invoice the progress payment, which is the total contract value minus the deposit and a £4,000 completion balance.

The final £4,000 payment becomes due once your garden room has been installed and handed over.

SupaSoft is a high-performance insulation made from 100% recycled plastic fibres. We use it throughout the floors, walls and roofs of our garden rooms to help improve comfort and energy efficiency throughout the year.

We do not offer solar panels on our garden rooms. The sedum roof forms part of the building’s design and performance, and installing solar panels would require alterations to the roof structure and waterproofing system.
